What services does Jenkar Shipping offer?

As a freight forwarding company, we offer sea freight, road freight and air freight services. We also offer value added services, including customs clearance, warehousing and distribution and project cargo services. As part of our international shipping services, we also specialise in vehicle shipping services.

What is the estimated delivery time for my shipment?

Delivery times can vary depending on the mode of transportation and the final destination. When you book your shipment with us, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time.

What are your operating hours?

Our standard office operating hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Our warehouse operating hours are Monday -Thursday 7am-5pm and Friday 7am-4pm. However, we can offer support for urgent shipments outside of normal business hours.

How can I track my shipment?

You can track your shipments using the tracking number provided at the time of booking through our website via our WebTrack portal. Alternatively, you can contact our customer service team who will be happy to assist you.

What are your payment terms?

Payment terms will be discussed during the booking process and can vary depending on the service and customer agreement.

Do you handle international shipments?

Yes, we handle shipments of various sizes and contents to and from international destinations.
